TIFF to PDF Converter
Turn one or more TIFF images (scans, print proofs, archival photos) into a portable PDF document. PDF is universally readable, easy to email, and prints consistently across devices.
How to Convert TIFF to PDF
1. Upload Your TIFF File
Drag a .tiff or .tif file onto the drop zone, or click to browse. Files up to 10MB are supported.
2. Pick a target
Choose the target format you want — by default this converts to PDF.
3. Download the result
Click Convert, preview, and download.
Why Convert TIFF to PDF?
- Universal compatibility — PDF opens everywhere, TIFF does not.
- Email-friendly — most providers cap attachments at 10-25MB; PDF is a single tidy file.
- Print-ready — most home and office printers accept PDF directly.
- Archival — PDF/A is the long-term preservation standard; PDF is a portable container for the same image data.
About TIFF and PDF
TIFF is the de facto standard for scanned documents and print, but its file size is impractical for sharing. PDF embeds the image data along with a small header, so the resulting file is much smaller and far more portable.
A note on support
This is an alias of our Image Converter. The Image Converter is currently optimised for raster image-to-raster conversions (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP). TIFF input is fully supported; the PDF output path is a placeholder pending backend rollout. The page exists so the URL resolves and the navigation is complete — once the PDF writer lands, no further changes will be needed here.
Privacy
Files are uploaded to our server for conversion (required for TIFF decoding), processed, and then discarded. We don't retain copies.
