Common questions

How does WebP get handled?
It's converted to PNG in your browser first, since the PDF format itself can only embed JPEG or PNG image data — the visual result is unaffected.
What does "Auto" orientation do?
Each page's orientation is chosen from that image's own aspect ratio — a wide image gets a landscape page, a tall one gets portrait. "Portrait" or "Landscape" instead locks every page to the same orientation regardless of the image.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is built entirely in your browser — nothing is transmitted, logged, or stored.
