Custom YouTube Share Thumbnail
Choose the title and thumbnail shown on a share page for a YouTube video. Use the video's available thumbnail or upload an image you have permission to use. The preview is private to your browser until you press Generate share link.
How to use
- Paste a YouTube watch, short, Shorts, Live, or embed link and press Preview.
- Edit the suggested title, up to 80 characters. If YouTube does not provide a title, enter one yourself.
- Optionally upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image no larger than 5 MB. It is center-cropped to 1280 × 720, re-encoded as JPEG, and given the fixed play overlay.
- Confirm that you have the right to use the image and understand the link is public, then press Generate share link.
The live social preview updates as you edit. No public share page is created until you generate the link. Each generated link is an immutable snapshot; create another link to make changes.
Permanent links and deletion
Custom-thumbnail share links are stored permanently until you delete them or GoConverter removes them for an administrative or safety reason. The result includes a private deletion link. Save it somewhere safe: anyone with that private link can permanently remove the share page and its saved image. Once deleted, the public link returns HTTP 410 Gone.
Custom-thumbnail share pages are ad-free. Creation is limited to five links per source IP address per day.
Privacy
The YouTube video itself is never downloaded. When you generate a link, the selected thumbnail is normalized and saved so the preview remains stable. The generated page is public to anyone with its link and remains available until deleted. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms before sharing.
